Summer keeps the day-to-day life of our church running with grace and efficiency. From coordinating schedules to supporting ministries and communication, she ensures everything flows smoothly. Her joyful spirit and dedication make her an essential part of our church family.
Senior Adult Ministry Coordinator
Teresa plays a vital role in keeping our church family connected and thriving. She helps plan meaningful events, organizes special trips and activities for our senior adults, and keeps our ministries running smoothly behind the scenes. With her warm spirit and steady leadership, Teresa ensures every detail is cared for and every member feels valued.
Missions Director
Erika leads our missions programs with a heart for service and a passion for sharing God’s love beyond our church walls. She coordinates and supports mission efforts both locally and globally, inspiring others to live out their faith through action and compassion.
Youth Ministry
Josh and Kristi bring energy, creativity, and genuine care to our youth ministry. They have a heart for helping teenagers grow in faith and friendship, and they’re always planning exciting events and meaningful programs that make church a fun and welcoming place for our youth.
Children’s Ministry
Ginger serves as one of our Children's Ministry Co-Directors and has a deep passion for helping children grow in their faith. With a special gift for connecting with children, she brings love, creativity, and joy to every environment she leads. Known for making each child feel seen, valued, and excited to learn about Jesus, Ginger helps create a nurturing and engaging space for every child.

Having volunteered in children's ministry before stepping into this role, she brings both experience and heart to the team. Known for her warmth, kindness and sense of humor, Allison helps create a joyful and nurturing environment where children can grow in their faith and feel truly loved.

Nellie serves as one of our Children's Ministry Co-Directors and is passionate about investing in the next generation. Having served in children's ministry both here at Bethesda and in previous churches, she brings experience and dedication to the team. Known for her warmth, kindness, and goal-driven spirit, Nellie helps create a welcoming and purposeful environment where children can grow in their faith and feel truly valued.
Contemporary Worship Leader
Cole leads our contemporary worship with passion and purpose, creating an atmosphere where everyone can connect deeply with God through music and praise. As a Certified Lay Minister, he shares his faith with authenticity and enthusiasm, inspiring others to grow in their walk with Christ.
Traditional Worship Coordinator
Sarah brings creativity and heart to every area she serves. She helps coordinate our traditional worship services, supports family ministry and serves faithfully on the Staff Parish team. Her love for people and passion for ministry shine through in all she does.
Worship and Service Coordinator
Keri faithfully serves behind the scenes to make each service run seamlessly. She manages the sound and media equipment, prepares slides, and ensures every part of the worship experience flows smoothly. Her attention to detail and dedication help create an atmosphere where everyone can focus on worship.
Worship Committee
Lyna brings her heart and talent to every part of our worship experience. She serves on the worship committee, teaches Sunday School, and lifts our spirits through her singing in both services. Her dedication and joy help inspire and guide our church family in faith and praise.
Facilities
Karen takes great pride in keeping our church beautiful and welcoming. She maintains our facilities with excellence and care, ensuring every space is clean, organized, and ready for worship and fellowship. Her hard work and attention to detail help our church shine every week.
