This site provides information about Bethesda's worship services, ministries, events, staff, sermons, giving opportunities, and other church activities. Content is provided for general informational and ministry purposes and may change without notice.

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to protected areas, interfere with the site's operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or probe the site in a manner that disrupts service, impersonate another person, or use the site to violate the rights of Bethesda or others.

Staff-only areas are restricted to authorized users. Credentials and authenticated sessions may not be shared with unauthorized persons. Bethesda may suspend or revoke administrative access when reasonably necessary to protect church systems, content, or users.

Online giving is handled through EasyTithe or another identified third-party provider. Payment processing occurs on the provider's systems and is governed by that provider's terms and privacy practices. Bethesda's website does not directly collect or store payment-card numbers.

The site may also embed or link to services such as YouTube and Google Maps. We do not control third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, or independent privacy practices.

Bethesda publishes information about ministries and events for children and families. A parent or legal guardian should supervise a child's use of online services and should make online inquiries on behalf of children under 13. The website is not intended to collect personal information directly from children under 13.

Website content does not create a pastoral, counseling, medical, legal, financial, or other professional relationship. Information on this site is not a substitute for professional advice or emergency services. In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service or local authority.

Unless otherwise indicated, Bethesda owns or is authorized to use the site's original text, branding, graphics, photographs, layout, and other content. You may view and share ordinary links to public pages for personal, church, or noncommercial informational purposes. Other copying, republication, modification, or commercial use may require permission from the applicable rights holder.

Third-party names, logos, videos, maps, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their own terms.

We work to keep information accurate and the website available, but we do not guarantee that every page, event time, link, livestream, map, announcement, or other item will always be complete, current, error-free, or uninterrupted. For time-sensitive information, contact the church office when confirmation is important.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Bethesda is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the website or from third-party services linked or embedded on the site.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Our handling of information associated with this website is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may update these Terms when the website, church operations, vendors, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law or another jurisdiction's mandatory law controls.
